After java opens I get a red X in top left corner of the game box ... and nothing else."why does Text Twist no longer work in Yahoo games on my PC (web version)?
I don't know, and I complained several times to Yahoo about this particular game. Their reply said they were aware of problems with some of the games but they were working on it. Today is the first time in weeks that I've been able to play Text Twist web version. I got the same thing you get. I uninstalled my Java runtime and downloaded and installed the latest version. I don't know if that helped or not.
