What are some tips and strategies to getting high scores in Text Twist?

I'm looking to score big at Text Twist, the popular word game found in Yahoo! Games. I'd like to reach 15,000 points or more. If you play the game and have some tips about how to reach this plateau, I'd appreciate hearing back from you.What are some tips and strategies to getting high scores in Text Twist?
The number one answer is pretty good. But if you're having trouble finding that six letter word, you can always google "anagram generator" to find that six letter word first, and then work from there. Then you'll be guaranteed to go to the next round. Kinda cheap but it works ;-)
The key is learn as many 3 letter words as you can. If you can find almost all of the 3 letter words, look at the 1st letter of the word starting at the bottom and going up, the 6 letter word is ALMOST given to you. Top score-616,640

My top score on that game is 210,500...



The only advice I can give you is to always go for the six letter word first...then try to find the rest...



Use your space bar to "twist" the text over and over, quickly..if the six letter word does not jump out at you...usually you will discover it..What are some tips and strategies to getting high scores in Text Twist?
